Workshop Cancellation
& Transfer Policy

Thank you for choosing to spend time with us at Hollow Oak Acres. We pour a lot of love and care into every event to make sure each guest has a truly hands-on experience.

Workshop cancellation policy

Because our workshops require advance preparation and material setup for each attendee, the following policy applies:

  • Early Cancellation

    72+ Hours' Notice

    A full refund or credit toward a future workshop may be issued at the owner's discretion.

  • Late Cancellation

    Less Than 72 Hours' Notice or No-Shows

    No refunds or credits will be issued.

  • Ticket Transfers

    Share the Experience

    You are always welcome to share the experience with a friend. Spots may be transferred to another person (age 12 or older) provided you notify us at hollowoakacres@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance so we can update our roster and welcome your guest properly.
