What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a guided relaxation experience where singing bowls create layers of gentle tones and vibrations as you rest comfortably and listen.
At Hollow Oak Acres, our Sound Bowl Healing experience begins with time to meet and enjoy our friendly goats before settling in beside the pond for the sound bowl session. No previous experience is needed, and there is nothing to perform or keep up with. Simply get comfortable, listen, and enjoy a quiet moment outdoors.

Before You Arrive
A few farm friendly reminders.
A little preparation helps everyone enjoy the farm, including our goats, guests, and neighbors.
Arrive a little early
Please plan to arrive about 10 to 15 minutes before your experience so you have time to park, get settled, and be ready when we begin.
Drive slowly
Please drive 10 mph or less on the gravel access roads to help keep dust down for our neighbors. If you are attending with others, carpooling is strongly encouraged to help us manage parking.
Expect a real farm
These experiences take place outdoors in the goats' home, so come prepared for grass, dirt, farm sounds, curious goats, and a little unpredictability.
The Herd & Their Habitat
You are spending time where our goats live and play. They may pee or poop nearby or occasionally on a mat or towel. Our goats also love attention and can be enthusiastic about getting close, so fingers or toes may occasionally be stepped on while they try to join the fun. They do not mean any harm. They simply enjoy being part of the experience.

Where is Hollow Oak Acres located?
Hollow Oak Acres is located at 1240 Fruitvale Road, Lincoln, CA 95648 in Placer County.
Our farm experiences welcome guests from Lincoln and surrounding communities including Rocklin, Roseville, Loomis, Auburn, and the greater Sacramento area.
What ages can attend?
Goat Yoga and Sound Bowl Healing are for ages 12 and older. Guests ages 12 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
If you would like to bring a child under 12, please contact Shelley at 916-869-3855 before booking to discuss available options.
Is Sound Bowl Healing the same as a sound bath?
Sound Bowl Healing is a guided relaxation experience using singing bowls to create gentle layers of sound and vibration while guests rest comfortably. This type of experience is also commonly described as a sound bath.
At Hollow Oak Acres, the experience includes time with the goats before guests settle in beside the pond for the sound bowl session.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
A full refund is available when at least 72 hours' advance notice is provided.
If you need to cancel but would prefer a credit toward a future date, please contact us and we can provide a code for you to re-book at your convenience.
